Innovation – Think Big. Act Bold.

The Pinnacle Leader Program allows a small group of TRUST members to meet with one senior leader and engage in discussion in an intimate setting during a weeknight dinner. The event is limited to 12 TRUST members and attendance is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. If you accept an invitation but are unable to attend, please let Jessica know at info@whltrust.org and we can give your seat to another TRUST member on the wait list. Please note that Pinnacle Leader Dinners are limited to one per member per year to give all TRUST members an opportunity to attend.

About our speaker:

Diane Cross

Diane Cross, MEd
President and CEO, Fraser

Diane S. Cross currently serves as president and CEO of Fraser, a nationally recognized non-profit organization founded in 1935 in Minneapolis. Fraser provides housing, education, health care and career planning/employment to children and adults with disabilities. Since her start in 1989, Diane has moved Fraser from a $1 million operation serving 200 clients with a staff of 50 to a nationally recognized multi-service organization with a budget of $56 million, a staff of over 1,100 and thousands of clients served statewide each year. Fraser is the oldest and most experienced provider of Autism services in Minnesota.

Diane’s consensus building style has resulted in the formation of numerous community initiatives, including the founding member of a separate 501(c)3 LLC, Partners in Community Supports (PICS), whose 2006 revenue was over $10 million and the founding of Fraser Academy, a Minnesota Charter School.

Diane currently serves on the Board Advisory Committee of the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. She is also a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. Diane currently serves on Governor Dayton’s Young Women Leadership Initiative. She was appointed to serve on the Board of Governors of the University of Minnesota Health, and the Board of Directors of the University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center, Inc.

Diane graduated with honors from Ohio University, where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree; and, with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, received her Master's degree in Education in Communications Disorders and practiced as a Certified Audiologist. In June 2009, Diane was one of the first five people in the State of Minnesota to complete the Minnesota Hospital Association’s Trustee Certification Program. Diane was recognized as an industry leader by the Mpls./St. Paul Business Journal in 2009.
